Program Strategy, Development, and Delivery Management
For organizations that do not have an internal training division, we work with leadership to understand training and development needs and support an integrated training strategy. When it comes to training and development, we start with a needs analysis to inform the creation of a comprehensive and custom training strategy. This may include a combination of remote, classroom, and experiential learning opportunities, as well as calendar program content, delivery, and record keeping. Programs can also be developed for on-demand training such as state/local mandated sexual harassment and discrimination training.
