Brandi Sifinski is a hard-working HR Business Partner who specializes in the development and implementation of Human Resources strategies with a focus on planning and management of processes. She is experienced in partnering with business managers and helping them develop their teams through coaching and training.
Brandi has spent her career helping leaders solve their employee grievances with solid conflict resolution skills and by helping to develop proper employee policies. Her experience also includes performance management, succession planning, recruiting, and talent management.
As a highly collaborative HR professional, Brandi understands the importance of a positive and calm working environment and focuses her energy to make sure an organization meets not only its leaders’ expectations but also the expectations of the teams they employ. Brandi believes HR is not just an administrative function, but a core business function.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. A Pittsburgh area resident, Brandi, and her family enjoys all that Western PA has to offer.
