Chris is passionate about transforming an organization through its people and processes. She is a results-oriented leader with a strong background in human resources, strategy development, operations, and organizational culture. She has experience in individual and organizational development including employee relations, talent acquisition, program implementation, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance. Additionally, she has experience in talent management including performance management, career development, organizational development, and succession planning.
Early in her career, Chris held operational and human resources roles in manufacturing and technology and most recently was the Chief Human Resources Officer of a global financial advisory firm where she also served on their Board of Directors.
Chris most enjoys spending time with her husband, John, and her son Alex. She loves to read and travel and is a lifelong Cleveland sports fan.
