Debra is a committed and enthusiastic Human Resources Specialist with over 15 years of progressive experience in Human Resources Operations and Staffing Methods. Debra has spent the majority of her career leading and supporting corporate Human Resources. Her skills include writing and reviewing policies & procedures, employee records management, performance management processes, and compliance, including hiring and onboarding.
She is often called upon to handle special projects across several corporate business divisions nationally. Debra has efficiently directed multiple teams throughout project lifecycles to deliver on expectations while supervising client relationships and value drivers. She works to develop high-performance cultures by applying enhanced cross-functional collaboration and support. The ability to assess the needs of Human Resources while partnering with various business lines for issue resolution and project execution is the main focus for Debra.
Debra is a member of the Cleveland Society of Human Resource Management and a native of the Greater Cleveland area. Her three children keep her busy with sports, school, and volunteering efforts.
