Kristen is an enthusiastic Human Resource professional with nearly a decade of experience working with global companies. Kristen has spent her career providing HR guidance to both start-up and established companies in the technology, manufacturing, and staffing industries. She is well versed in tactical and strategic HR practices. Her specialties include recruiting, employee relations, coaching leaders, change management, workforce and talent planning and implementing scalable processes.

Prior to joining ConnectedHR, Kristen was the Vice President of People & Culture at a fast-paced SaaS organization, where her focus was building HR and Talent Acquisition strategies and executing on practices focused on the employee experience. Kristen is originally from Newark, Delaware where she started her career as a Recruiter and HR Generalist with a fast-growing start-up manufacturing company, which saw over 700% headcount in just 3 years. Kristen has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management.

Kristen lives in Northeast Ohio with her husband and two children. She enjoys spending time with her family, crafting, and being on the lake. Kristen is passionate about learning and helping to establish efficient, effective, and sustainable people practices.
