
Krystal Spahlinger
Krystal has over 18 years of human resources expertise with more than a decade of leadership, compliance, and professional development skills. Her proven success in cultural transformation has added value to EACH team she has been a part of.
Prior to joining ConnectedHR, Krystal led the HR team overseeing a law firm with five offices. She developed and implemented various processes and employee experience improvement, in addition to leading the benefits, payroll, and compliance for the Firm. She paved the way for workplace safety when the pandemic initially impacted the U.S. and earned a COVID workplace certificate through the World Health Organization. She has prior experience as Director of HR in both the hospitality and healthcare industries, providing a diverse range of knowledge and proven ability to adapt to the needs of the business. With a PHR designation, she is able to support sustained growth, improved productivity and enhanced employee relations. Her experience in all aspects of HR provides a well-rounded and fully functioning understanding of the diverse needs of an organization and looks forward to building relationships with colleagues and clients alike!
Krystal is a graduate of Columbia College with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Finance and previously earned her Associates Degree in Accounting. She is a wife, mom of boys, and dog lover that lives in the greater Cleveland area.
