An HR business partner with over a decade of experience, Lauren’s expertise spans critical functions including payroll, benefits, policy development, recruitment, and employee life-cycle management. Her passion is in driving business results through an emphasis on good leadership practices and employee experience.

Prior to ConnectedHR, Lauren spent several years supporting a diverse portfolio of business owners with guidance on complex employee relations matters, risk mitigation measures, and providing hands on support in day-to-day HR functions. Most recently, she served as the Head of HR for a start-up biotechnology company where she developed and scaled the HR operations to support their growth across multiple states. Having functioned in both HR consulting and internal HR roles, Lauren realizes the importance of implementing HR solutions that increase efficiency and are sustainable.

Lauren has an MBA in Human Resources Management from Keller Graduate School of Management, is PHR certified, and is a Chief Petty Officer in the US Navy Reserves with 15 years of service.

She lives in Bath with her husband and two kids (plus the dogs, chickens, and ducks).  She enjoys spending summer weekends boating with her family and making frequent trips to sunny Fort Myers, Florida to escape the winter.
