Lisa brings over 20 years of Human Resource generalist experience in the areas of the employee life cycle, employee relations, recruiting, compensation and payroll, compliance, benefits, training and development, and communications. She worked with The Walt Disney Company as Manager of Human Resources, Business Partner for the Disney ABC Television Group, Radio Disney and ABC Radio Networks and most recently held the position of Human Resource Manager for Heartland Payment Systems where she oversaw the nationwide Human Resources Service Desk. She has a passion for collaboration through engagement, strategic vision, empowerment, communication, innovation and integrity.

Outside of work, Lisa enjoys spending time with her husband Mark, and their four children. She is an avid sports fan and gardener.
