Madison is an HR professional with over 10 years of diverse Human Resource experience. She brings a balanced creative and strategic approach to her work in organizational development, employee engagement, talent management, and HR administration. Prior to joining ConnectedHR, her industry experience includes manufacturing, R&D, engineering services, and non-profit organizations, with both domestic and international reach.

With proven experience in leading implementation teams, standardization projects, and change management, she loves partnering to continuously improve and expand the capabilities of the organization and its employees. Her firm belief that people make the organization, fuels her collaborative business approach and passion for training development, facilitation, and career coaching.

Madison has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Malone University and a Master of Arts in Business Administration from Ashland University.

Outside of ConnectedHR, Madison serves as an Adjunct Professor for Walsh University Deville School of Business teaching Business Communications and Human Resource Management classes. Living in the Cuyahoga National Park, she and her family enjoy all the beautiful outdoors has to offer including hiking, biking, and skiing.
