Odette is a dedicated HR professional with over 20 years of experience in multiple facets of human resources including change management, conflict resolution, recruitment and retention, benefits and administration, DEI, and leading high-performing teams in a rapid growth environment.

A diverse career has taken her from Corporate Lending to non-profit, to high-tech and start-ups. Odette holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin with a concentration in Accounting and a Master of Science in Management from Boston University in Brussels.

When not in the office you can find her on the trail, SUPing, traveling, enjoying the arts, or spending time with her two daughters.  She put her love for the outdoors to good use by serving as a Girl Scout Leader for eleven years and also serves on the Tag4HR Customer Advisory Board.
