Rosemary is a human resource professional with more than a decade of experience as a human resources generalist in both corporate and field settings where she developed her skillset in employee relations, coaching and development, compliance, and talent management.
Rosemary enjoys leveraging her creative problem solving and strategic thinking skills to help organizations be their best through strategic talent management and development. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Dayton and a Master of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from West Virginia University. She is also a Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). Outside of HR, she loves to spend her free time reading, cooking, and enjoying time with her husband and three children.
