Shannon believes in leading by example to inspire, support, and develop talent. With more than 15 years of HR experience in both the public and private sectors, she has handled all aspects of HR. Her background in education has made her passionate about learning and continuous improvement. It’s this passion that drives her to help company leaders transform their HR operations, improve efficiencies, and achieve business objectives.

Shannon’s extensive HR experience includes recruitment and retention, payroll administration, compensation and benefits, organizational development, project management, and leadership coaching. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from The Ohio State University, a Master of Education from Cleveland State University, and the senior-level human resources certifications of SHRM-SCP and SPHR. She is also an active member of Cleveland SHRM, volunteering in her spare time.

Shannon and her husband currently reside in Medina County where their interests include home improvement projects, cooking meals with too many ingredients, and spending time with their many pets.
